This product was created with an intention of encouraging & establishing a ritual surrounding intuition. Every night before bed I have selected a crystal (or two, or three!) to be placed under my pillow. This is a small but impactful moment before resting to tap into my intuition and assess how I am feeling, thinking about what it is I may be missing or would like to encourage for the following day.
As life gets busier, we can often become distracted, causing us to move away from a regular connection to self. Our intuition is always there but can often become drowned out by the noise of everyday life. This is a beautiful gift to give to someone who is starting to reconnect with themselves!
Children are excellent teachers when it comes to intuition, we are born with an innate knowing & natural, unfiltered expression of self. For me personally, I feel it is incredibly important to encourage my children to maintain that strong & powerful connection they have to their intuition. Creating rituals like selecting a crystal before going to bed is a beautiful way of establishing a mindful moment for them to reconnect prior to sleeping.
