We will ship your order within 1-2 business days of it being placed, once shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you encounter delivery delays or any delivery issues, please lodge with AusPost as once the order leaves us, we cannot assume responsibility for transit issues during postage.

Please remember that no two pieces will ever be the same, this is the nature of a natural product. Each piece has their own unique markings, colouring, inclusions - potentially also small chips, cracks, fissures or pits. Rest assured we select our pieces by hand and inspect them prior to packing for shipping so no damaged goods leave our store. 

Returns & Exchanges are not accepted based on change of mind or crystal characteristics. 

Should your item become damaged during transit, refunds/store credit will be issued at the discretion of Crystal Curation Co. If a breakage has occurred during transit, please take a photo and send the image along with your order number and details to hello@crystalcurationco.com.au so we can open a case for you. 

In the event that your product has been accepted as a return, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping & we strongly recommend using registered mail, as Crystal Curation Co. will not be held accountable for lost items.
